Please help! This is a friend of my family and I know personally she does not belong in jail. If you smoke pot, or even if you simply believe in the rights of people, please spread this and donate.

Can I just say it is incorrect to say that using Marijuana is a victimless crime. It can cause impared memory and hallicinations which can become dangerous if around other people. It’s a depressant so it essentially slows your brain activity down which can also be dangerous in reaction times (We’ve all seen those ads about drunk driving and it’s like that.) Any drug that impairs judgment can be harmful to more than just the individual using it.
I agree it is injust that this woman is being punished so severely especially in such an injust legal system that is employed nowadays. I do not disagree that the punishment does not match the crime. I completely disagree that using marijuana is not a victimless crime. It’s like saying using alcohol is not a victimless crime, as anybody who has lost a loved-one through the hands of a drunk driver would tell you.
I’m thinking you didn’t see my blog response from earlier. It’s not just smoking pot charges there were narcotics involved too. You can look it up at Az courts, but her real name is K Montoya. They are scamming people about how innocent she really is

Not to burst your bubble but the narcotics charge came from HASH. Hash is concentrated marijuana for those who don’t know.
Also comparing alcohol to marijuana is completely nonsensical. Not sure if you know this but there has never been a death from marijuana in recorded history, meanwhile alcohol and its complications cause countless deaths daily.
Nobody was trying to scam you. This girl needed help and people stood up for what they believed in. You are on the outside trying to sabotage what you’re not even involved with.
